My dear members of JCI India,
I feel elated to reach you through this message. Our organization has scaled new heights year on year since its inception in India.
Friends, now the responsibility lies on our shoulders to take it to new heights and achieve new benchmarks. Let the purpose of responsibility guide us.
Change is the only constant in the unpredictable life, yet without change there shan't be any new learning. We shall challenge the change to mark our leadership this year. Let the purpose of change guide us.
As you are aware, we have entered a new era in our organization's history, the age of digitalization! This new venture has and will continue to transform us and our organization for good.
We are leading in the race of the digital era and shall leave no skill unturned for the betterment of our members. Let the purpose of the new age guide us.
The year 2023 has got a lot of new adventures for us in store and i will proudly say that together we shall explore and enjoy those adventures for the upliftment of our members. Let the purpose of the new venture guide us.
We are stronger than ever, we are better than yesterday, we are developing for a changing world, we will chisel the future for our next generation and we shall be guided by purpose.

அடித்தளத்தைக் கவனமாக அமைத்து 38 ஆண்டுகளாய் கட்டுக்கோப்பாய் வழி நடத்திவரும் JCI மன்னையின் முன்னாள் தலைவர்களுக்கும் மற்றும் இவ்வியக்கத்தின் தூணாய் முதுகெலும்பாய் நின்று சரியான பாதையில் வருடா வருடம் இளைய தலைமுறை இளைஞர்களைத் தலைவராக்கி அழகு பார்க்கும் JCI இந்தியா - மண்டலம் 23ன் முன்னாள் தலைவர் Jc.கோவிந்தராஜன் அவர்களுக்கும் என் பேரன்பும், வாழ்த்துகளும்.
JCI மன்னை 38 ஆண்டுகளாய் தொடர்ந்து மண்டல நிகழ்வுகளில் பங்கு கொண்டு பல விருதுகளையும் பாராட்டுகளையும் பெற்று, அவைகளைச் சுகமாய் சுமந்து பயணித்துக்கொண்டிருக்கும் இவ்வேளையில், 38 வது தலைவர் பதவியேற்கும் இந்த இனிய வேளையில், இன்னும் 50 ஆண்டுகள் பல விருதுகள் பெற்றிடவும், பொன் விழா, வைரவிழா என பல விழாக்கள் காணவும், மண்டலம் 23ன் வெள்ளிவிழா (25ஆம் ஆண்டு) ஆண்டில் வாழ்த்தி பெருமகிழ்ச்சி அடைகிறேன்...
கூடி வாழ்ந்தால் கோடி நன்மை என்ற வாக்கியத்திற்கு ஏற்ப நட்போடும் அன்போடும் வாழ என் வாழ்த்துகளும்,பாராட்டுக்களும்.

I am very happy to contact you through this message...
We are very proud to be part of India's largest organization with young and active leaders JCI India.
JCI India is a voluntary organization, membership based NGO working in India since 1949 for developing the leadership skills of young men and women of this country.
It is affiliated to Junior Chamber International(JCI),a worldwide federation of young leaders and entrepreneurs founded in 1944, having headquarter at Chester Field USA.
Currently it has over 200,000 active members and more than one million graduates, in over 100 countries and 6,000 communities.
JCI Mannai is one of the vibrant Local Organization of JCI India having 37 years of continuous service to the society of Mannargudi.
JCI Mannai is one of the traditional chapters of Junior Chamber International India.
Currently we are active chapter in one of the vibrant Zones of JCI India namely Zone 23.
The membership is offered to everybody regardless of color, cast and creed between the age of 18 -40 years preferably for those who are having a drive to achieve something in this competitive world.
In the last 37 years we are able to produce thousands of social and business leaders through our intensive project based training activities.
JCI Mannai has produced so many leaders, Trainers, Social Activists and many Business professionals in last 37 years...
We have provided employment for more than 100 of youngsters in the past in Banking Industry by our prestigious BSRB Coaching program.

Warm greetings to you all!!
I extend my heartfelt thanks to the esteemed mentor of JCI Mannai and my personal guide, JCI Sen. V.S. Govidarajan sir, whose unwavering motivation and purposeful guidance have been a constant source of inspiration.
A special thanks goes to Jc. Palanivel anna for introducing me to JCI and offering continuous support throughout every milestone in my life.
I want to express my sincere gratitude to my family and the dedicated staff at Smart Marketing System for standing firmly behind me, supporting my decisions at every turn.
A big thank you to all my JCI Mannai friends and families, including past presidents, members, and their families, who have provided me with the opportunity to serve as the President of JCI Mannai in 2024.
I am truly honored and privileged to take on this role.
Reflecting on my journey, I attribute much of my success in both my professional and personal life to JCI. Without JCI, I could not have imagined experiencing such significant growth.
Allow me to share two key insights:
JCI as a Learning Platform: JCI has served as an invaluable learning platform for me, especially in honing my communication skills and adeptness in handling diverse groups of people. This year, I plan to focus on providing more training opportunities for JCI members and the public alike.
JCI as an Opportunity Organization: JCI is not just an organization; it's an opportunity that fosters personal and community growth. It has expanded my network and net worth significantly. As my contacts continue to grow through Jaycee and my clientele expands through JCI events and Jcom, I am reminded of the immense potential for personal and professional development.
In the coming year, our plan is to facilitate the growth of all JCI members in their professional and personal lives.
Let us embark on this journey of growth together.
